I asked Yuval Helfman to transfer a VHS format to a DVD format. He was very professional and prompt.
For that reason alone I would hire him again. In addition because he knew I was going to work with the
material in China he spent extra time explaining the various formats used in different countries and
how I could guarantee my DVD would work in China. His advice prevented me from arriving in a country
with an unusable CD which would have had major ramifications for me. I highly recommend him for his
professionalism, efficiency, and expertise.

Yuval went out of his way a few times now to help me with different emergencies with my home office desktops and laptops.
He is super dedicated to the work, I called him late nights and over the weekends and he always responded quickly and got
to the job immediately. He was able to solve an Outlook problem that both my Internet Service Provider and Website Hosting
couldn't !!! His rates are way better than Best Buy / Geek Squad and the turn around time is super fast.
I don't know

I am SO pleased with my experience with NetValu -Yuval was so kind and informative. I intend to recommend him to everyone I know who has a PC. Yuval went out of his way to explain and demonstrate what was wrong with my new HP laptop. He took the time to order the HP Windows Vista Restore CD. He walked me through the steps of bringing my laptop back to the manufacture's settings. All in less than an hour. I got my laptop back like new, with a Restore/Recovery CD that I can now recover from any possible future disaster. The quick turnaround time, his "no fix no pay" policy, and the lowest costs - are only a few reasons why I will be going back for all my computer needs in the future.

I have been using Yuval's computer services since 2004 and I can't think of anything besides compliments. He turned our useless Compaq Presario system with Win ME that won't start to an upgraded and way faster Win2K. On several occasions he removed viruses and enhanced overall performance on my kids' Win XP system, fixed non-working printers, email problems, DVD-WR that won't burn, and bad or slow internet connections. I now have an uptodate security protections and auto windows updates to keep our computer healthy. I'm subscribed to an annual maintenance plan and I feel safe all year around, knowing I can call, email, drop off or have a house call anytime I need to. I got a good and prompt service from the NetValu staff. My DELL laptop crashed and I just didn't know what to do. We contracted the services of NetValu to do a custom Installshield application for a web application project that required custom made scripts to install the application and perform specific tasks during installation. We received a thorough design and excellent support during the development process, with NetValu working under tight schedule, with constant requirements updating and with excellent support after deployment to update customer's installation issues.
